Substantial Damage Reassessments Process Update

Effective immediately, all substantial damage reassessments must be completed in person at the office, as online submissions are no longer available. Residential Reassessments are submitted in the 1st floor permit hub. Please visit https://pinellas.gov/pinellas-county-substantial-damage-reassessment-instructions/ for the checklist of what to bring for a more seamless process.
