RECYCLING
- Visit Pinellas County Recycle Guide for information on what to recycle in Pinellas County and Pinellas County Hazardous Waste Collection for information on household hazardous waste disposal, including hours and locations.
- Curbside recycling is provided by Waste Connections. Sanitation services are provided by Waste Connections through a contractual agreement. Collection services are provided on Monday and Thursday with recycle pick up on Wednesday. The contractors you hire are responsible for debris removal. If you hire a contractor to cut down trees, trim trees, etc., be sure them remove the debris from your property. If you as owner/renter cut down trees, trim trees, etc, it must be bundled and cut into 4-foot sections and the bundles must weigh less than 50 pounds.
ELECTRIC AND NATURAL GAS SERVICE
Electric and natural gas service is supplied by Duke Energy and Clearwater Gas respectively.
POLICE
Police protection for the Town of Belleair Shore is provided under contract with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. If you are planning on being out of town, our Sheriff’s Office will provide house checks for our residents. The non emergency number to call is 727.582.6200.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY
The Pinellas Suncoast Fire and Rescue District provides Fire and Emergency Services.
WATER AND SEWER SERVICES
Water and sewer services are also provided by the county. Unlimited use of reclaimed water for landscaping is being provided for a flat monthly fee of $20 per resident.
