Only clean sand can be put back on the beach. At this time, it is very unlikely that there is any clean sand from the Hurricane.
DO NOT PLACE ANY SAND FROM YOUR PROPERTY ONTO THE STREET OR RIGHT OF WAY.
There is a local FDEP inspector to have the pile inspected to see if it can be placed on the beach first before hauling it out, email [email protected]; or call 850-245-2094.
For now, piles need to be moved out of the right of way and back onto the property.
